Not at all. While we work with competitive athletes, most of our members are everyday people wanting to get stronger, fitter, and move better. Our programs are scaled to your ability, whether you’re brand new to training or an experienced athlete.
We’re not a commercial gym — we’re a specialist strength and conditioning facility. Every member works with a qualified S&C coach, follows an individualised program, and has their progress tracked and measured. You’re never just another face on the floor.
Yes. We offer an initial consultation where you can see the facility, meet your coach, and discuss your goals — with no commitment required. Book yours through the link at the top of the page.
Memberships are available on a weekly or annual basis. Annual billing gives you a discounted rate. All memberships are managed through our booking platform and can be paused or cancelled with appropriate notice.
That’s exactly where our Foundation program starts. Your coach will guide you through fundamental movement patterns, build confidence under load, and set the groundwork for long-term progress. Starting from zero is never a problem.
Yes. Recovery is built into our programs, not bolted on as an afterthought. Members on Foundation, Elevate, and Peak Performance plans have access to our dedicated recovery lounge. Our coaches also build periodisation into your training to manage load and reduce injury risk.
